Crystal Cruises Delivers on Their Promise

For the past 8+ years Anderson has proudly assisted Crystal Cruises with their direct marketing planning and execution. While I have had the great pleasure of working on this account for more than two years and am therefore familiar with Crystal’s copious accolades, I often wondered if they could possibly all be true.

Crystal has been the recipient of:

to name a few of their many honors. Crystal promises no less than the most luxurious, memorable experiences available at sea.

For twelve memorable days I experienced firsthand the six-star service, sumptuous cuisine, plush, opulent, pampered, unforgettable existence that is a Crystal Cruise. Their marketing pillars—Service, Space, Quality and Choices—are truly the foundation of what makes for an unparalleled experience.

From the moment we boarded until we tearfully disembarked, we were made to feel like royalty. I guess that’s what happens when no corners are cut, no details overlooked, no need goes unmet and no wish is left ungranted. The crew could not do enough for us as they cheerfully provided a level of service I have rarely experienced anywhere. In all honesty—there was not one thing I would have changed. And that’s saying a lot from a jaded ex-New Yorker!

Knowing that Crystal truly delivers on their promise has given me a newfound appreciation for the work in which I am involved daily!
