Entering the Blogosphere: Meet our 10 New Bloggers!

This is Anderson Direct Marketing’s first official blog post and we are truly excited to join the blogosphere! There will be several contributors to our blog so you will have the opportunity to get a variety of perspectives about a wide range of topics that center around direct marketing, interactive, and a host of other subjects. It is our hope that you get to know each of us and keep an eye out for the topics that you are most interested in. Please feel free to share with us what you find valuable and what you don’t so we can share the knowledge we have that is most beneficial to you.

Before I introduce our core blogging team, I want to share with you a little about what we do here at Anderson and who we are as an organization.

To begin with, Anderson Direct Marketing is a full service, vertically integrated, direct marketing agency, committed to improving our clients’ ROI through measurable and actionable results. For more information about the services we offer, check out our website at: www.andersonDM.com.

We are located in San Diego, CA and have been in business for 26 years. One of the keys to our success has been our people. Over 60% of our associates have been with ADM for 5+ years, many of whom have been with us for 10, 15 and 20+ years.

Now that you know a little about who we are as a company, here is a brief introduction to our core blogging team. Periodically, we will feature a guest blogger or two, but the following individuals are the principal contributors to this blog:

Danielle Nelson (me!), Marketing Manager—I have been with Anderson for 7 years and have held numerous positions within the company, including proofreader, marketing coordinator and account executive to name a few. I manage our own marketing efforts here at ADM.

Scott Hopkins, Executive Vice President—Scott’s responsible for calling the shots here at the Agency and has been in this business for 25 years. He is best known for pioneering the vertically integrated business model for a direct marketing firm.

Mike Campbell, Vice President, Business Development—Mike is one of our most admired sales reps here at Anderson, with over 16 years of experience working with different industries, across multiple marketing disciplines.

Alex Walsh, Manager of Agency Services—With 19 years of experience, Alex manages our Agency account teams and is responsible for strategic and tactical development of our campaigns.

Leah Averre, Director of Interactive Services—Leah guides strategy for and heads up ADM’s Interactive Department. New to the company, but not new to the business, Leah is our in-house digital wizard.

Randy Everett, Interactive Producer—Randy is our go-to technology expert who excels at finding the right big-picture solutions for our clients’ unique, interactive needs.

Amanda Botzer, Senior Project Manager—With Anderson for over 12 years, Amanda brings an extensive knowledge of our print and production processes to the table. An expert project manager, Amanda knows the ins and outs of direct mail and how to best serve our clients.

Linda Harloff, Senior Account Executive Linda is highly adept at managing the most complex creative direct marketing and online marketing projects out there and is well versed in providing outstanding customer service.

Lauren Perez, Account Coordinator—New to Anderson and the business, Lauren is learning the ropes of working in a full service marketing agency. Lauren brings to the table a passion for social media and a hunger to succeed.

Katey Pfeil, Proofreader—Her commitment to quality is matched only by her penchant for writing and all things social. With Anderson for 2 years, Katey’s main focuses are proofreading, editing and copywriting.
